The dilema of church management software.

Scenario:

Your administrator receives all the contribution envelopes and inputs them into the church management software on his office computer. He records their latest address change, and tracks their giving. When he leaves, he locks up all their information inside his office. Ten minutes after he leaves, you need to find a current address…he’s gone…and you are craving the information on his computer.
