Create Your Own Social Network

This is a neat tool I just discovered through a social network I was invited to. Using Ning, you can create your own cool social network for FREE. You can style however you wish and manage who is able to join. I see the value of this for youth groups and other ministry groups who want to connect with groups of people. This is also a great way to create a clean social environment for your youth as an alternative to other networks out there. Check it out for yourself!

Just used Ning to create a social network for our church’s directors. Everyone has enjoyed it! It allows our pastor to use the blog to give all of our directors a message, and it has a forum for our directors to discuss issues. I’m also planning on creating a Ning social network for my student ministry. It provides a safe environment for social networking.! Facebook and twitter gets so cluttered. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Brian for the resource
