I would follow the CCLI licensing here for the DVD's: http://www.ccli.com/WhatWeOffer/WhatYouCanDo.aspx

This is another great resource for webcasting licenses:

I have been reading a lot about this issue lately, and I came across this article (http://www.copyrightcommunity.com/copyright_community/2009/11/the-religious-performance-exemption-or-or-and-and-where-does-that-comma-go-2.html) which seems to say that displaying the copyrighted song during service may be exempted. It doesn't seem to cover web-casting or DVD distribution, but during service, you seem to be ok. What are your thoughts on this?
